Holding an Iron Spear feels significantly different from a bronze spear. Who knew there was a difference? I didn't until now. Apparently Iron is much durable and stronger than bronze allowing people to use the spear for much longer. Even throwing a bronze spear versus a iron spear, the iron spear goes much farther. The company that started making these iron spears, (Iron works) has contacted the military, and our proud Greek army will be able to take on any enemy much easier. Stab those nasty Persians!
City states form all over Greece gathered to celebrate food. Some very delicious and popular dishes were: Spartan pork stew, Salted fish from the small Boeotian city of Akraiphia, Athenian olive oil, Aegean fresh breads, and a wide majority of fresh fruits. It is noted that the Spartan food booth completely lacked anything other than meat. This is because Spartan cooks are only allowed to cook meat. Strictly meat. Other than food, there was a nice performance by the muses, and of course, dancing. My personal favourite is the bread from Aegean. The crust is just right and the bread is soft and warm.
Recently, the nine muses preformed at Athenian square garden and were definitely a gigantic hit. What makes this group so special, is that each Muse represents a different art. The arts are:
epic poetry/song
comedy
history
lyric poetry/song
tragedy
choral dancing
love poetry/song
sacred poetry/song
astronomy
All nine women are goddesses. I think it's safe to say that their voices are divine. Here are a few of their hits: Symphony no. 0.1, We are the Victors, and O Greece.
The concert was completely sold out and everyone was up on their feet dancing and singing along. Each member of the audience went home with an autographed picture of all the muses. Everyone had a blast.
